At Agency Fifty3, I was responsible for crafting brand identities and marketing collateral, ranging from large-scale billboard prints to custom websites, for numerous multi-family housing communities nationwide. I had the privilege of creating brands for newly established communities and existing ones that needed rebranding.
These are a few of my favorite projects:
The Hartley at Blue Hill is a luxury apartment community in Chapel Hill, North Carolina.
Chapel Hill, an affluent town with various art museums, is home to upper-middle-class individuals who could buy a house but prefer to rent for the amenities. Understanding this, our design catered to the needs of this specific audience. Chapel Hill is also home to many young working professionals in healthcare.
The Hartley at Blue Hill is a brand-new apartment community needing an identity, marketing materials, and a responsive website.
Design a sophisticated yet approachable brand identity and a website that converts.
By focusing on amenities, location, and convenience of maintenance and repair services through the website and marketing materials, the community was 85% leased before its grand opening.
Columbia Heights is an all-age community in Troutdale, Oregon, offering the best in manufactured homes.
The community is located on a bluff overlooking the Columbia Gorge, just outside Portland. Its targeted renters vary in age and demographic, but they are most likely outdoor enthusiasts. The brand’s inspiration originated from its scenic setting and proximity to national landmarks and hiking trails, which set it apart from its competitors.
Columbia Heights is a manufactured home community that needs personal branding and a responsive website.
Design a charming brand identity and a website that converts.
By focusing on the community’s unique location and the proximity of multiple parks and hiking trails, the community saw a 32% increase in leasing after the first year of these new updates.
